This type of procedure is ideal when not wanting to have any obvious signs that a hair transplant has just taken place. FUE patchy, also know as Unshaven FUE or U-FUE, is a variant of the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) procedure, where grafts are harvested individually and transplanted into the designated recipient area. However, the patchy procedure does not require for the recipient area to be shaven. This procedure is minimally invasive and almost undetectable.
A hair length between 3-5 cm is ideal for this procedure.
